These terms govern use of Dingfeng Creator Studio, operated by 厦门市鼎峰创域科技有限公司. By using the service, you confirm that you are legally able to authorize the connected TikTok account and accept these terms.

1. Creator account and authorization

You must connect your own TikTok account using TikTok OAuth. You are responsible for confirming the displayed creator identity before sending any content. You may disconnect your account at any time.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You may upload only original content or content for which you hold all necessary rights, permissions and music licenses. You grant us a limited, temporary right to process and transfer the selected file solely to perform the publishing action you request.

3. Publishing controls

You choose the caption, available privacy setting, interaction settings and commercial-content disclosures. We do not publish until you review the video and provide explicit consent. TikTok may process, moderate, reject or limit content under its own terms and policies.

4. Prohibited use

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful or unauthorized content; attempt to access another person's account; evade platform limits; or use the service for spam or automated bulk publishing.

5. Availability

The service depends on TikTok APIs and may be interrupted by maintenance, account restrictions, rate limits or moderation. We do not guarantee that a submitted video will be published or publicly visible.
