Data Deletion Request
You may request deletion of your Dingfeng Creator Studio account and associated TikTok-related information at any time.
Submit a request
- Email privacy@dingfengchuangyu.com.
- Use the email address registered with Dingfeng Creator Studio.
- Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Include your account email address and TikTok display name.
- Do not send your password or TikTok access token.
What happens next
After verifying account ownership, we will acknowledge the request within 7 business days and normally complete deletion within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
The deletion process includes
- Deleting or invalidating stored TikTok authorization tokens;
- Deleting TikTok profile information stored by the service;
- Deleting uploaded videos and publishing records, subject to legal requirements; and
- Closing the related Dingfeng Creator Studio account.
You can also disconnect TikTok within Creator Studio or revoke access through your TikTok account settings.
